I have lived at Trails Apartment Complex for quite a while now, and I can honestly say this community continues to impress ... me with the care they show their residents. My AC went out last Friday, and because I didn’t want to bother the maintenance team over the weekend, I waited until Monday. The maintenance staff immediately came to help and brought me a temporary window AC unit so I could stay comfortable. Even when the breakers kept flipping, they stayed patient, worked through the problem, and kept trying different solutions until everything was taken care of. By Wednesday evening, my AC was completely fixed. I especially want to recognize T and the entire maintenance team for being so kind, respectful, and hardworking. They never made me feel like I was a burden, and they responded with such professionalism and compassion. That kind of dedication is rare these days. It means so much to live in a place where people truly care about their residents. The staff here consistently go above and beyond, and that’s why I’m still proud to call Trails my home after all these years. If you’re looking for an apartment community that genuinely takes care of people, this is the place. Thank you again to the amazing team at Trails — your kindness does not go unnoticed. I am so happy to live at Trails At Creek Side. I have been here for five years. Alina, Tony and Derick are amazing. Great place to live!
I have lived in this apartment since 2015 and have seen so many positive improvement with new management . I would recommend ... living here. Great Place to Call Home
The entire staff will greet you with a smile, extremely helpful, and quick to attend any problems. It’s a beautiful property ... with many amenities and walking trails. When first looking at the property, Justin took his time to make sure I got the home I wanted and needed. He was empathetic to my needs, building a working relationship I could trust. He was attentive and understanding and made me feel welcome and at home. This has been the best apartment “living” experience I have ever had.
